Chapter Homes

Chapter Homes was formed in 2015 to provide affordable and sustainable housing in County Durham. 

We were asked to produce a series of property videos for their development site in Newton Aycliffe. The company wanted to show off their homes to prospective new homeowners. Over a series of two days, we filmed the exterior and interiors of three houses on the new estate.

The videos were used for a campaign on Chapter Homes’ social media and website.
