We do try to keep up to date with the latest technology to aid the construction of customer’s projects and sometimes we may introduce new methods to help the development of your project this is standard practice to help benefit you the customer.

Technology moves fast with the world wide web and browsers are updated on a regular basis that we at have no control over. In this event after a long period of time websites or systems may become more difficult to update and render certain functions of the websites / systems unusable and customers will be charged a fee to rectify any issues that may crop up. It may be more beneficial and cost effective to you to keep your website or systems up to date to help move with the latest technology. may sometimes experience technical equipment or electrical failure which effects our internet connection which is something totally out of our control, in situations like this we will try our best to inform you of the situation and work fast to mend the failure/fault.

The above scenarios may delay your project which is something that we cannot control in many instances so for that reason we always suggest an estimated completion date for your project. If you request an update on your project please contact us by email at and we will be happy to answer any questions.

Unless quoted or advised otherwise all content (information and products etc) is to be input by you the customer. But please don’t worry, training will be given either over the telephone or in an arranged meeting. If you are in anyway unsure about this please refer to your online agreement or please email us at for confirmation. A user guide is available on request.

We at welcome any amendments or additional orders to your project. We do like to ensure the original order has been completed before any further work is added to your project. All extra work you wish to be carried out that has been discussed over the telephone must be emailed over to us in order to provide you with an accurate quotation, this is to ensure the correct price is given and we have a definite understanding of your requirements. Older systems that are requested to be updated are a little bit more difficult to update and may take longer to complete. Please bare with us on these as this is due to technology moving fast and browsers are updated on a regular basis that we at have no control over.

We have spent considerable time developing our DIY Website Maker system. All our websites are run off the same central database. Unfortunately websites that we have developed using the DIY Website Maker system are unable to be transferred to another hosting provider as they need to connect to the database. The database is unable to be connected to via another hosting provider.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION (SEO) are unable to offer any guarantees that your website will be listed on various search engines as these are out of our control. We recommend that you employ the services of a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) company.

Sometimes some services become unavailable for short periods of time. This could be due to a number of things, firstly it could be down to the hosting company as sometimes they updated their systems and your website, system or emails can become unavailable for a short period of time, in this situation please wait at least 1 hour before contacting us to investigate the problem. Secondly it could be down to your machine, please check your software and hardware connections and test your website, system or email function on a different machine before contacting us. And finally if you are overdue in paying an invoice with us for any of the above services or any work that you have ordered, you will need to contact us to arrange payment before services can resume to normal.

Please call us on 01207 247 000 or email us at Please inform us of any information that may help our investigations such as your full website or email addresses or of any error messages you can see. We will investigate the problem for you and get back to you as soon as we can.

This helps us not to only keep our records up to date but it also helps us when it comes to renewing your packages or any services with you and ensures all packages are invoiced to avoid any down time to your site, system or emails.

We would be very grateful if you can inform us in writing of any cancellations to any services you have with us if they are no longer required ie hosting, domain name renewals and email accounts etc. Failure to do so may result in fees being applied to your account if you have already been invoiced from us. pay in advance for your packages direct to our supplier to avoid disruption to your online service and if we are not informed otherwise we will automatically renew these services for you.
